Webcast overview

Welcome

The Council currently audio records a range of meetings, including the Cabinet, Scrutiny and Regulatory Committees and webcasts its Council meeting which is available the day after the meeting.

What is a webcast?

A webcast is basically a transmission of audio and video over the internet. Video cameras at our council meetings capture the live information.

How do I view a webcast?

Through the use of your internet connection and Flash player you can view the meetings from the comfort of your own home.

Webcasts allow you to see and hear the proceedings of events and meetings for up to six months afterwards. When viewing a meeting you may find it useful to have the agenda and reports for that meeting to hand.

Looking for a webcast?

Please contact Democratic Services on 01785 619212 or email democraticservices@staffordbc.gov.uk and we will be able to assist you in finding the webcast you require. Please note that webcasts are only available from 4 February 2014.
